We go to all the lengths we can to ensure that everything we make is a reliable as possible. However, if you do have an issue with your new Orange product, you should contact the retailer you purchased it from. Authorised Orange dealers world-wide provide support to get you started with your new equipment and will organise a warranty repair in the unlikely event that your product has a problem.
If you’re in the USA and your local dealer isn’t able to help out, you can submit an RMA request to our distributor, Orange USA, who will handle your query or put you in contact with an authorised Orange Service Centre.
